Your 30 minutes of "ahhhh". Meditative healing is something that has not existed, but is so desired. Think of it as a battery being replaced inside of your body - you are recharging, resetting, and regaining control of your energy. During this session you will be guided through sound, breath-work, and a meditation that will ground, reset, and raise your vibration. I've curated this session, because it's something I wish existed for me.
