CAREN
Caren (sair-en) is a highly respected health and wellness educator, movement and breathwork leader, and certified health and nutrition coach. With over a decade of experience in the wellness space, she has guided countless individuals and teams through transformative breathwork, movement practices, and nutrition education.

Caren holds a Business degree from Purdue University and has collaborated with a variety of high-level teams and organizations, including the U.S. Army, across the Midwest and East Coast.
