Caren is a movement artist, movement + energy leader, and passionate creative. She is 200 YTT trained + leads her own modality of energy work called "Meditative healing".

 

Caren is passionate about movement, energy, and connecting deeply to self through expression and curiosity.

 

Caren organically created the AH through her own desire to lead students through full-body expression - the ah was intuitively created, and continues to be led in studios and cities across the US.
