Caren (sair-en) is a trusted health and wellness educator, movement + breathwork leader, and certified health & nutrition coach. She has been a significant voice in the wellness space for the last 10+ years, leading groups through breath, movement, and healthy education.
She has a BS in Business from Purdue University and has worked with multiple high-level teams and corporations, including the U.S. Army, throughout the Midwest and East coast. In addition -
